Dr. Philip Twu works at NASA/JPL as the Robotics POC for ISAM and technical group supervisor for Robotic V&V and Operations.  He has significant flight system engineering experience including being the Robotic System V&V Lead for the Mars Sample Return Lander, GNC V&V Lead for the Psyche spacecraft, and Autonomous Navigation Systems Engineer for the Perseverance Rover.  Dr. Twu received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, M.S. in Space Systems Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, and B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
